About us
What is My Investing News?
A financial news site built around where market-moving information now shows up first: financial TV, podcasts, social media and industry conferences. We track more than 500 of those sources. Our editors pick out the moments that matter, check them against the original source, and explain what they could mean for investors.
Who owns and runs it?
My Investing News is owned by Flywheel Publishing, LLC, a privately held U.S. company. Editor-in-Chief AJ Tiarsmith oversees all editorial output, and the team has more than 50 years of combined experience in capital markets. You can read more on our About Us page.
How are you connected to 24/7 Wall St.?
My Investing News partners with 24/7 Wall St., a financial news and analysis publisher covering stocks, investing, markets and the economy.
Our stories
Where do your stories come from?
From the places investors, executives and policymakers now speak directly to the public, including:
- Financial television and business networks
- Podcasts and long-form interviews
- Social media posts
- Industry conferences, investor days and presentations
- Company filings and financial news sources
How do you decide what to cover?
Our software follows those sources around the clock and flags comments that could affect a company, a sector or a major investment theme. An editor then decides whether it matters. When a big Wall Street firm downgrades a stock, dozens of outlets repeat the same note. When an influential investor spends five minutes on a podcast explaining why the consensus may be wrong, it can get almost no coverage. We go looking for the second kind of moment.
Do you check quotes against the original source?
Yes. Before a story runs, an editor goes back to the original broadcast, episode, post or filing and confirms what was said. Market data from exchanges, SEC filings or FRED is checked against at least one more source before we use it.
Do you publish opinion?
We report what sources said and add the context readers need to judge it. Writers keep personal bias out of news coverage, and any analysis or view is clearly attributed to its author.
Accuracy and corrections
What happens when you get something wrong?
We fix it promptly and add a correction note at the top of the article saying what changed and why. Every correction is logged.
How do I report an error?
Email [email protected] with a link to the story, what’s wrong, and the source that shows it. Messages go straight to our editors, who respond within one business day.
Money and independence
Is anything on this site investment advice?
No. My Investing News publishes financial news and commentary for informational purposes only. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Talk to a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
Do you publish sponsored content?
We don’t publish paid or sponsored posts, and we have never accepted money from a third party to publish on its behalf.
How is the site funded?
Through digital advertising and occasional, fully disclosed affiliate relationships. We accept no outside funding that compromises editorial independence.
Getting in touch
How do I contact the newsroom?
Email [email protected] or call +1 720-263-1029. Our mailing address and more ways to reach us are on the Contact Us page.
Can I send a story tip?
Please do. The most useful tips tell us where you saw or heard it (the show, podcast episode or post), when, and who said it. If it checks out and matters to investors, we’ll cover it.
